ZoroTreeking is the personal blog of Zoro, covering AI learning, investment, photography and hiking. It is a non-commercial personal site — no commerce, no transactions, no public account registration, and no third-party uploads or forwarding.

2. What we offer

  • Static articles authored or curated by the owner
  • Pageview analytics and per-article like/dislike feedback
  • An AI chat widget for study purposes, with input filtered by a keyword list
  • RSS feed and full-text search

3. User conduct

Visitors must comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China. You must not:

  • Submit content via the AI chat that violates Chinese law, harms others, or promotes violence / pornography / drugs / terrorism
  • Bypass the keyword filter, rate limit, or other technical protections
  • Scan, scrape, DDoS, brute-force, or otherwise attack the site
  • Abuse the feedback feature with bots or coordinated voting

Violations will be blocked, logged, and where required, reported to authorities.

4. Disclaimers

  • Articles reflect personal opinions and notes — not investment, medical or legal advice.
  • AI assistant responses are generated by language models and may be inaccurate, outdated or wrong. Always verify.
  • Third-party references (papers, news, images) remain under their original copyright; cited only for study and discussion.

5. Intellectual property

Original content (articles, code, design, photos) is owned by Zoro. The site code is MIT-licensed on GitHub. To repost articles, contact 1437066318@qq.com and keep the source link.

6. Availability

We strive for stability but make no uptime guarantee. Maintenance and force majeure may cause downtime.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as regulations or services evolve. Updates take effect upon publication. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 7 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first attempted via negotiation; otherwise jurisdiction lies with courts in Shanghai.
